is Zumba?
Zumba is a dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements. Created by Colombian, Alberto “Beto” Perez, Zumba incorporates dance styles such as: merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dancing, samba and flamenco among others. Zumba is for everyone. Participants of any gender, age or skill level can start Zumba immediately. The fact that this innovative exercise is simple, fun, different and effective has been Zumba’s key to success.
